Where are tufting tubes used?2025-10-05T17:23:48+03:00

Areas of Use:
• Carpet Production: In tufting machines, it ensures that the yarns reach the needle without tangling or stretching.
• Textile & Upholstery Fabric Production: It serves as a yarn guide.
• Industrial tufting applications: In the production of artificial turf, automotive carpet, acoustic panels, etc.

What material is a tufting tube made of?2025-10-05T17:22:47+03:00

It is generally made of low-friction, durable, and highly antistatic plastics such as PA12 (Polyamide 12) or PA6 (Polyamide 6).

What is a tufting tube?2025-10-05T17:22:00+03:00

A special yarn guide tube used in the carpet, rug, or textile industry. These thin, flexible tubes are used to convey yarn from yarn bobbins in tufting machines to the needles in a smooth and controlled manner.

What are the uses of misting hoses?2025-10-05T12:51:43+03:00

Areas of Use:
• In greenhouses and agriculture: Preventing burning of plant leaves and maintaining moisture balance.
• In animal husbandry: Cooling in barns and poultry houses.
• In industry: Dust suppression and cooling.
• In homes and commercial spaces: Cooling systems in areas such as gardens, patios, and cafes.

What material is a Misting Tubes made of?2025-10-05T12:49:42+03:00

It is generally made of PA12 (Polyamide 12) (due to its resistance to high pressure and UV).

What are the uses of a misting Tubes?2025-10-05T12:47:52+03:00

They are used to spray water in the form of small droplets (mist) using micron-sized perforated nozzles.

What is Misting Tubes2025-10-05T12:46:16+03:00

These are special, thin-diameter, pressure-resistant hoses.

LLDPE, LDPE ve HDPE farkları nelerdir ?2023-09-19T08:07:22+03:00
What are the differences between LLDPE,LDPE and HDPE ?2023-09-19T08:07:22+03:00

LLDPE has longer chemical chain structure than LDPE and HDPE, it gives better chemical resistance, flexibility, heat and pressure results.

What are DIN 73378 and 74324 norms ?2023-12-22T06:38:26+03:00

These norms are motor vehicles fuel line and air brake systems requirements and testing standarts for German Institute for Standardization. DIN 73378 accepts a few type of PA12 , PA11 and PA 6 raw material

These norms are motor vehicles air brake systems requirements and testing standarts for German Institute for Standardization. DIN 74324 is accept a few type of PA12 , PA11 raw material. DIN 74324 accepts a few type of PA12 and PA11 raw material.

There are a few similar norms automotive brake and fuel line tubes. ISO 7628 / SAE J844 / DOT / BS 5409

What are the differences of PA12 and PA11 ?2023-09-16T13:12:14+03:00

PA 11 and PA12 are very similar polymers. They are mostly used for same applications. PA11 is made entirely from vegetable oils, which in its development has had minimal impact on the environment, while PA12 is made from crude oil, which has a higher environmental impact. PA11 has, for most applications, superior mechanical performance in comparison to PA12. PA12 has a slightly lower melting point and density and PA12 performs better at high temperatures and has superior UV resistance.
