Y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k dayan\u0131m\u0131, kimyasal direnci ve m\u00fckemmel elektrik yal\u0131t\u0131m \u00f6zellikleriyle bilinen PPS, \u00e7e\u015fitli end\u00fcstriyel uygulamalarda geni\u015f bir kullan\u0131m alan\u0131na sahiptir. PPS, kristal yap\u0131s\u0131 sayesinde termal ve kimyasal zorluklarla ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kabilen dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir malzemedir. Ayr\u0131ca, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck su emme oran\u0131, y\u00fcksek boyutsal stabilite ve iyi a\u015f\u0131nma direnci gibi avantajlar sunar.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yaz\u0131da, PPS&#8217;in \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan \u00f6zelliklerine daha yak\u0131ndan bakaca\u011f\u0131z ve bu malzemenin farkl\u0131 end\u00fcstrilerde neden yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 inceleyece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>\u00a0PPS\u2019in Temel \u00d6zellikleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PPS&#8217;in en \u00e7ok bilinen \u00f6zellikleri aras\u0131nda y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k dayan\u0131m\u0131, kimyasal diren\u00e7 ve mekanik sa\u011flaml\u0131k yer al\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte PPS\u2019in teknik olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan baz\u0131 \u00f6zellikleri:<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Y\u00fcksek S\u0131cakl\u0131k Dayan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PPS\u2019in en dikkat \u00e7ekici \u00f6zelliklerinden biri, y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klara dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131d\u0131r. PPS, 200\u00b0C\u2019ye kadar olan s\u00fcrekli s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda \u00f6zelliklerini koruyabilir ve bu \u00f6zelli\u011fi sayesinde y\u00fcksek \u0131s\u0131ya maruz kalan uygulamalarda g\u00fcvenle kullan\u0131labilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, otomotiv ve havac\u0131l\u0131k gibi sekt\u00f6rlerdeki motor bile\u015fenleri, \u0131s\u0131l stres alt\u0131nda bile uzun s\u00fcre dayanabilen malzemelere ihtiya\u00e7 duyar. Bu \u00f6zelli\u011fi, onu elektronik bile\u015fenler ve elektrik sistemlerinde s\u0131k\u00e7a tercih edilen bir malzeme haline getirir. Su veya neme maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda boyutsal olarak kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korur ve bu da malzemenin uzun s\u00fcre boyunca sabit performans g\u00f6stermesini sa\u011flar.
